Contact person: Prof. Dr. Stefanie Rach
Goals:
- Describing the mathematical knowledge of MINT- students at the beginning of university
- Identification of knowledge levels and connection to academic success
Method:
- 1. Study: Reanalysis of data of knowledge in the field of analysis
- 2. Study: Development and testing of a Self-Assessment-Tool
Results:
- Four-stage Modell: Especially the linked representation of mathematical concepts are important for the success of the module
